The Demise of Najib-Rosmah's Reign of Financial Gluttony, is sooner than you think

God's answers to our prayers, hasten by high speed internet? Gforce. Najib's final insult to God in "Allah's Chosen 1" lie Dear God,
I know our prayers to you, used to take a very long time to be answered. For instance, our prayers for the evil dictator Marcos (Philippines), to be disposed took 21 bloody long years. He was disposed on Feb 25 (225), 1986 (6) following the evil Kabal_orchestrated 1986 Oil Crash. By the way, Marcos was a 911 child. Born on Sept 11, 1917 (911,9 or 2). Marcos came to power on Dec 30, 1965 (123, 3).

Our prayers for the evil dictator Suharto (Indonesia), to be disposed took 33 bloody long years. He was disposed on May 22 (522) 1998 (9), following the Zionist-Kabal orchestrated 1997 Asian Financial Crisis. Suharto was born on 8 June, 1921 (a "9" child). Suharto officially came to power on 12 March, 1967 (12-3, 5 or "2"). But he was the defacto power behind President Soekarnoe's house arrest since the military coup on 1 Oct 1965 (2, 3 or 5).
Both Marcos and Suharto were American puppets installed and propped up by the evil Zionist-Kabal regime in the US. But those were the days of "slow mail" where 512 kb/s were considered top speed internet connection using the then "state of the art" Intel 486 CPUs. We are now in the age of high speed internet using 4G technology. Broadband speed of <10 Mb/s are now considered slow-speed dinosaurs with fibre-optics offering internet connection speed in excess of 1Gb/s, available in most advanced countries. Dear Lord, the point I am trying to make, is this. In this age of satellite communications, shouldn't our prayers be answered in double quick time, in tandem with the higher internet speed through cyber space? Dear Lord, please don't get me wrong. I am not doubting the efficiency of your administration. In the past, prayers probably took ages to reach you. But now, a shooting incident or disaster in any part of the world reaches half way round the globe in a matter of minutes. Shouldn't our prayers be answered in double quick time, too? Justice or karma appear to be meted out at a faster rate, too. For instance, 26 crooked bankers were incarcerated in Iceland in 2015. Just 7 short years after these crooked bankers had defrauded and bankrupted Iceland in the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. Now Ireland are following suit, as shown in this recent article.
Ireland begins arresting top bankers responsible for 2008 crash
Posted on July 29, 2016 by Sean Adl-Tabatabai
Ireland are following in Iceland’s footsteps by jailing its top bankers responsible for the 2008 financial crash. Following from last year’s mass incarceration of 26 bankers in Iceland, Ireland is going to prosecute the 2005-2008 CEO of Anglo Irish Bank, David Drumm, on 33 criminal charges.
Anonhq.com reports:
These include two charges of conspiracy to defraud and false accounting relating to €7.2 billion in deposits placed in Anglo Irish Bank accounts by the then Irish Life and Permanent, between March and September 2008.
16 of the 33 charges relate to unlawfully authorizing billions in loans (to be invested back into Anglo Irish Bank) to 16 wealthy investors, in a bid to artificially prop up Anglo Irish Bank’s share price before its December 2008 collapse. Each of the 33 offenses carries a 5 or 10 year jail term, except for a single count of conspiracy to defraud, which has a maximum penalty of an “unlimited term of imprisonment” under Irish law.
According to Cape Cod Times, Anglo Irish Bank was nationalized in January 2009, but the financial crisis before and after the nationalization destroyed Ireland’s economy, with taxpayers forced to shoulder costs of $32 billion to cover bad debt and repay investors. The collapse of its economy forced Ireland to take EU and IMF bailout packages worth up to £77 billion in November 2010.
Dear Lord, coming back to our prayers. We sincerely request you look into the 1MDB financial scandal messed up by our PM, Najib Razak and his wife, Rosmah Mansur (also known as IMM or Imelda Marcos of Malaysia). Najib Razak rose to power as Deputy PM (the defacto power behind the sleeping PM Badawi) following the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. The 1MDB financial con job started, as soon as the then DPM Najib forced PM Badawi to hand over the Financial Ministry to him on 1 October 2008 (2,10). First he robbed the country by redeeming all foreign debts (>25 billion RM) and sending the proceeds to his Zionist-Kabal masters. Obviously, 25 billion RM wasn't enough to plug the Zionist-Kabal losses of over 800 billion USD incurred by their cronies in the 2008 crisis. Najib then, through a series of financial scams, in cahoot with the central bank of Malaysia; (Bank Negara Malaysia was under the then Bank Governor, Tan Sri Zeti) and the Finance Ministry, chalked up almost 400 billion RM to help his Zionist-Kabal masters. Pay back time for helping Najib to secure the PM throne. Most central banks including BNM, are controlled by the Zionist Kabal banksters, if you didn't already know. Of course, Najib's daylight robberies did not stop there. The financial daylight robberies continued till 2014 and beyond. By 2014, Malaysia's external debt rose to 744 billion RM. Almost 3,000% since PM Badawi passed the Financial Ministry (piggy bank) to DPM Najib.
Is Najib's 1MDB debt of over 52 billion RM, part of this financial daylight robbery or, in addition to the 769 billion RM already stolen by PM Najib Razak? Nobody is willing to answer. Who can blame them whistle-blowers? Altantuya, PI Bala, Karpal Singh, Irene Fernandez, Hussein Najadi, Shaharuddin, Ahmad Sarbani and Kelvin Morais (just to name a few) all ended up dead. Many in unmentionable suspicious circumstances. Any wonder why Najib always claimed to be a cold-blooded Bugis warrior? Bugis warrior, my foot! He was in reality, a cold-blooded Bugis Pirate of South China Seas; more cold-blooded than any of his ancestral Bugis pirates, plundering from their hideout bases in Sulawesi.
Enough said on Najib Razak's DNA traits. So, like Marcos and Suharto, Najib too, was an American puppet until 2015, when WSJ and NYT (both Kabal-controlled media) decided to blow wide open Najib's 1MDB con job. Why? This will be discussed in the next series of articles. So while Marcos and Suharto took 21 and 33 years respectively, to fall from power (in the age of slow internet connection), Najib's fall from power will be much sooner than he thinks. A glimmer of hope for those hanging on, in these difficult economic times. Najib had openly wished that he could last as long as 22 years, like his mentor turned nemesis former PM Tun Dr. Mahathir. But will God answer our prayers, in a much shorter time? Let's look at some numbers, shall we? Najib was born on July 23, 1953 (723,9 or 3).  2016 (8 years, 9-9) would probably be too soon. 2017 (9 years, 9-1) does not jive with Marcos (21 years, 9-6 ) or Suharto (33 years, 9-4).

2018 (10 years, 9-2) would probably be the final year of Najib's reckless reign of mega debts and bankruptcies (MDB); officially 10 years after first becoming PM on 2 April, 2009 (2-4-2). PM Najib's 5-year term (5-5-2013) officially ends on 5-5-2018 (55,2). Najib's 10 years of 1MDB financial horrors, is half of Marcos's (difference of 11 years) and 1 third of Suharto's (
difference of 23 years) economically disastrous reigns. Incidentally, the difference between Suharto and Marcos reign is 12 years. Evidence of Divine Intervention? Seriously, we can't make this up.The numbers do line up. Only God knows the why's and how's of their evil schemes and destinies.

Evidently, our prayers to God do really get answered in a much shorter time; as compared to Marcos and Suharto's time when internet was still in its infancy.

Almost 90% of those interviewed for this article, agree that Najib-Rosmah Reign of Financial Gluttony, cannot last longer than 2018. It is not the question of IF but WHEN. Logically, it is hard to see the parasitic Dracula-couple (Najib-Rosmah) outlasting the host victim; Malaysia. Without a new victim host, the parasite normally dies once the host victim is completely drained of life. Even if a new host country is willing to give them political asylum, Najib's days are numbered. Marcos, Suharto and almost all of the disposed depots, died miserably in exile after being disposed. Karma never fails.

Thank you God, for your double quick time in answering our prayers. Amen.

Malaysia PM Najib Razak sacks deputy over 1MDB scandal
Published on Jul 28, 2015
Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Razak has replaced his deputy amid a continuing financial scandal.

Muhyiddin Yassin had criticised Mr Najib's handling of allegations surrounding a state investment fund.

Mr Najib has denied allegations that nearly $700m (£450m) were transferred to his personal bank accounts from the 1MDB fund, which he set up in 2009.

Attorney General Abdul Gani Patail, who led the investigation into the scandal, was also replaced, said state media.

The statement carried by the Bernama news agency said his dismissal was on health grounds.

The BBC's Jennifer Pak in Kuala Lumpur says that with these latest developments, Malaysians have doubts about whether the truth of the scandal will come out.

Though Mr Najib appears to have bought himself some time, there is continuing pressure and he still faces a lot of questions from opposition parties as well as from within his own party, the United Malays National Organisation (Umno), says our correspondent.

Announcing the dismissal of Mr Muhyiddin on television, Mr Najib said that differences in opinion were "not supposed to be expressed in an open forum, which is against the concept of collective responsibility in the government".

He said the decision was "a very difficult one, but I had to do it so a strong team can move forward".

Mr Muhyiddin has been replaced by former home minister, Zahid Hamidi, said Mr Najib. Four other ministers have also been replaced in a cabinet reshuffle.

On Sunday night, Mr Muhyiddin had spoken on the 1MDB issue at an Umno party meeting which was covered by local media.

He revealed he had urged Mr Najib to step down from 1MDB. The Malaysian Insider quoted him saying: "I told him to let go of his post in 1MDB, but he didn't want to listen...I don't have any evil intention, my will is to help him."

He also called on Mr Najib to personally explain the issue.

"[The ministers] cannot explain properly because even we don't know the real facts, so who is going to tell us the real facts, it should be the prime minister, true or not," he was reported as saying by The Star.

1MDB (1Malaysia Development Berhad) says it has never given money to Mr Najib and that the allegations are unsubstantiated.

Mr Najib says he is the victim of "political sabotage" and has accused influential former prime minister Mahathir Mohamed of orchestrating a smear campaign to topple him.

US investigators launch probes into scandal hit Malaysian PM Najib Razak
BBC News Published on Sep 22, 2015
A U.S. federal grand jury is examining allegations of corruption involving Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak and individuals close to him, the New York Times reported Monday, quoting anonymous sources. The inquiry, run by a unit of the Justice Department that probes international corruption, is centered on U.S. properties bought in recent years by Najib's stepson and properties relating to "a close family friend", the newspaper said. It is also examining an allegation that $681 million was deposited into Najib's personal bank account, the New York Times added. Calls for comment from Najib's office went unanswered. The alleged $681 million deposit had surfaced in July in a report in The Wall Street Journal, which said it had been uncovered by Malaysian investigators probing allegations of graft and mismanagement at sovereign wealth fund 1Malaysia Development. Reuters has not verified the Wall Street Journal report. Najib has denied taking any money for personal gain, and 1MDB has denied transferring funds to him. An interim government report found nothing suspicious. The U.S. investigation is still at an early stage and could take years to determine if any federal laws were broken, the New York Times said.

Exclusive Interview Najib Razak, the untold his side of the story -part 1

(no date given, no place mentioned and nowhere to hide)
At last, the truth is out. Najib Razak's insurance should anything untoward happen to him.

Part 1 of the interview: So How Much Did You Steal Actually?

Najib:The honest thing is, I don't actually know. It's over a mind boggling RM500 billions. You lose count after that.

TRS: Oh Lord, that much, huh? How do you keep all that billions? I mean, it must have been 100 billion/year. Surely the banks, BNM and the officials would have some inkling and talks would have spread, right? You can't keep those billions, even 1/3 of it under the mattresses, right? How do you keep all these information from leaking out?

Najib: You got to understand, the whole western Cabal Mafia Underworld and Rothschild banksters are in it. I actually get to keep just 10% (commission) as their puppet, ...er..err their front man or fall guy, as you call it. That is more than enough to keep Rossie happy. Buying up diamonds, Birkin bags and unlimited luxuries to last her a lifetime. But all the spending went through Jho Low, who arranged everything under cover. We only spend and enjoy-lah, you know. Operating through the Cabal Mafia Underworld and private bankers have their advantages; Client Confidentiality, trade secrets, top secret business deals, high level corruption and many elite banking transactions the banking cartel never speak of in public.

I said before that if I go down, I will take the whole (corrupt Cabal, edited) system down. Many took it to mean the BN government but I spoke the truth. Like the phrase “it was never for my personal gain”.

90% of all the loot went through dozens of Cabal banks and crony companies. I suspect they used 100s of their crony global corps to report multi-billion losses and transactions as their cover conduit. The money actually ended up in Cabal controlled entities, mainly to secretly fund their global terrorism, war on terror and middle east wars incl Syria and Ukraine. All these covert black ops need millions in funding, you know. Example, the covert funds (>RM 2.6 billion) to finance OPS MH370-17-004-198, went through my personal account. That's why I said the monies in my personal account were not for my personal gain. I was just their conduit because nobody would dare check a PM personal account. I couldn't have done all these by myself or through the cabinet or government entities. My job was to secure the plundering ...er..er,  sorry I mean funding and channel them through FGV, IMDB, SRC Intl, Petro Saudi and other Designed_to_Fail investment programmes.

Any inquiries, the convenient excuse would be GE13 election funding. But you know that we have run all 12 GE before and all funding were raised at least 2 years before an election. There are special long term UMNO and BN official accounts for these election campaigns. These are established political election machineries. Those UMNO suckers fell for it. How can you win the GE using funds acquired just weeks before the GE announcement? You must be a nut to believe the 2.6 billion was for GE13. I can tell you that buying a GE takes months to prepare and the funds need to be flowing at least 2 years before. That’s why I sack a few ministers in my cabinet. They are utterly useless. Can’t even lie convincingly with logical facts. I am in deep trouble because of these idiot ministers. Always saying the wrong things. Like the 2.6 billion was a donation from Prince Al-Waleed. I mean why would a bona fide multibillionaire get involved in a scam like 1MDB. I demoted him to keep him quiet after this fiasco.

Though I must accept that they (my cabinet ministers) did a reasonable job on the “2.6 billion for GE13” lie. That kept UMNO and BN quiet for awhile. Because winning the election and keeping the government with BN made them accomplices too. Until those bastards, Mahathir, Muhyddin and Safie started questioning the lie. They knew that funding for GE13 went through the normal election machineries with their official accounts. Muhyddin as my deputy and head of BN election machinery, would know why “2.6 billion for GE13” was an outright lie. If only this trio had kept quiet. I would not have landed in this deep shit.

Of course, we still have the likes of Uncle Najadi (who was my father's close friend and confidante) and Datuk Shaharuddin (top clean cop in charge of taxes on foreign remittance) who would not keep quiet. They were confident we would not kill them off because of their status. They sorely underestimated the Cabal Mafia. It was outside my control. Just as the bomb-triggered landslides at Highland Tower (1993), Affin Bank Chairman home (2003) and the Bukit Antarabangsa Landslide (2008).

The true story of a ball-less chicken who killed the roaring tiger.

The true story of a ball-less chicken who killed the roaring tiger.

- by Malaysia Mana Boleh. What a great comparison between the two politicians. Unfortunately, the devious little chicken, who was no match for the fearless tiger, played foul. The "chicken little" killed the fearless tiger through a devious setup accident, just 2 hours after the chicken had safely landed in Turkey. The chicken then twitted & posted in facebook, his usual lying alibi "that he just heard the tiger was killed in the snare on touch-down in Turkey".

The only reason the cowardly chicken needed to lie so needlessly was the guilty conscious mind-set to have a "solid" up-in-the-air inaccessible alibi when the murder occurred. This alibi may be solid 20 years ago but not in 2014 where all private jets, equipped with satellite communication, are in constant telecommunication contact throughout the transcontinental flight to Turkey. What more, an airforce-1 doomsday command jet for the top chicken of the country?

What the pre$$titutes (Star and Bernama) reported.
The "Cash is King" chicken employed the Bomoh King donkey (who also appeared in the MH370 donkey show) to emphasize the false accident location (km 306.1). But the hare-brain donkey was at the wrong place (km 306.1) with the original placard still showing km 301.6; which was right setup accident location as shown earlier. Which goes to show that while 2 wrongs do not make it right, all lies do point to the truth.

The same Bomoh King donkey was employed by "Cash is King" chicken little, to provide some "dog & pony show" distraction while the willy foxes behind the MH370 plot (gone wrong), figured out how to worm their way out of the wormhole. You have to be a donkey fool to believe this bomoh king. Yet our "cash is king" chicken who rules by the laws of the jungle, continued to engage his donkey services to entertain all monkeys residing in the ridiculous fairy-tale jungle also known as Bodohland.

EVIDENCE AGAINST NAJIB IS 'TOO OVERWHELMING', Obama advised Najib to tone down or be thrown out.

NO MORE GOLFING BUDDIES: OBAMA, A LAWYER, KNOWS THE EVIDENCE AGAINST NAJIB IS 'OVERWHELMING'

Written by John Malott

I have heard from five people, both Malaysians and Americans and all in a position to know, that during his meeting with Najib Abdul Razak on Nov 20, US President Barack Obama called on the Malaysian prime minister to release former opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim from prison.

The request reportedly was made on humanitarian grounds, because of Anwar’s deteriorating health. But the US government position that Anwar’s trial was flawed and politically-motivated, and that Anwar is a political prisoner, is a matter of record.

One person told me that Najib’s response was that he had to follow Malaysia’s legal system. To me, it is ironic that Najib wants to hide behind Malaysia’s legal system, because he certainly has had no hesitation to use and abuse it for his own political ends.

And it’s not just against the opposition anymore. Now he’s going after critics in his own party, as well as investigators who have gotten too close to the truth.

A lot has happened since the famous golf game last December. Starting with Anwar’s conviction in February, there was that major front page expose in the New York Times, detailing all the allegations of corruption surrounding Najib and his family.

Sarawak Report started exposing more and more documents about 1MDB and the missing billions. The 1MDB reporting was all very complicated and convoluted, because the paper trails were hard to follow. But then The Wall Street Journal published an article that everyone could understand. A sum of US$700 million (RM2.6 billion) had allegedly ended up in Najib’s personal bank account, and for weeks he could not explain how it got there.

And then, just like magic, most of that money allegedly went overseas again - but no one knows where, and Najib isn’t talking. Everyone could understand that story - you don’t need an MBA in international finance. Then New York Times reported that Najib and his family were under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative. What a name!

As for human rights and democracy, Najib’s crackdown on the opposition has been reported widely in the Western press. Human Rights Watch recently put out a 151-page report on the “climate of fear” that Najib has created. Unprecedented - 151 pages! Then there was that United Nations group that recently called for Anwar’s release.

Obama is a lawyer. He now understands that the evidence is overwhelming and that Najib is not the man he thought he was. As I have said before, Obama is not the only world leader who believed Najib’s rhetoric of reform. But put it all together, and with all the news this year, it reached the point where Obama finally recognised the reality about both Malaysia and Najib.

Change in stand

Last February we launched the White House petition on ‘We, the People’, which called for making Anwar’s release from prison a priority for US foreign policy. That has now happened.

But that is not thanks to me or the petition, it is thanks to the great investigative reporting in the world press, on Malaysian websites, and on Sarawak Report. Especially, it is thanks to the courage of so many Malaysians who refuse to be intimidated by the heavy hand and threats of Malaysia’s home minister and inspector-general of police (IGP).

I agree totally with what Obama told the civil society leaders whom he just met in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday. America has many interests in Malaysia - and not just the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA). It includes our longstanding trade and investment ties, military and foreign policy cooperation, and working together on so many issues like refugees, counter-narcotics, counter-terrorism, and the environment. But I am glad that human rights and democracy are once again on the list of our priorities in Malaysia.

I have been critical of Obama’s hands-off stance on human rights in Malaysia over the past few years. But now I have to say thank you. Not only did he discuss these matters with Najib, he is the first president to actually call for Anwar’s release from prison since Anwar was first jailed in 1998. Neither Bill Clinton nor George W Bush ever went that far.

I hope that this more visible and active US effort will continue, but not just to secure Anwar’s freedom. We need to be even more vocal in Malaysia and around the world in addressing human rights, political freedom, and religious and racial discrimination. Free and fair elections are essential to change. Corruption, the abuse of the legal system, and special treatment for government-linked companies (GLCs) hurt American companies trying to do business in Malaysia as much as it hurts Malaysian companies.

America needs to stand clearly on the side of those Malaysians who are seeking the changes that will lead to a brighter future for Malaysia. The current trajectory - with more and more Malaysians themselves starting to refer to their own country as a “failed” or “failing” state - should be of concern to everyone, and not just Malaysians.

This needs to be a coordinated international effort, working with the UN, human rights NGOs, and like-minded governments from around the world. It should not be just America alone, for the reasons that Obama described in his talk at Taylor’s University to the young Southeast Asian leaders. America should not be seen as the “nanny state”, lecturing others and ignoring its own shortcomings.

Malaysia, Najib, and the ruling party need the international equivalent of a “family intervention”, sort of a “Friends of Malaysia” grouping, where out of concern and love you try to break through the pattern of denial and help the person - or in this case, the country - get the “treatment” it needs before it destroys itself.

Finally, I am confident that there will always be courageous Malaysians who will continue to struggle for true democracy and political freedom, against the growing authoritarianism in their country. I hope their numbers will grow. For in the end, while the outside world can be supportive, only the Malaysian people can bring change.

As Obama said many times, “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”

UMNO CANNOT REMAIN IN DENIAL: MALAYSIA NEEDS A MUCH BETTER LEADER THAN NAJIB

Written by Moaz Nair

Never before in the history of Umno, has it fissured so deep all because of haughtiness, self-centredness, untruthfulness, corruption and pitiable leadership. The people apparently are losing faith in this 74 year-old party.
To those who have been loyal to the National Front Coalition (BN) - formed in 1973 - are now seeking for alternatives. Nevertheless, some critics still insist that there is nothing wrong with the present elected government. The “delinquency” on the main involves only one person and that person has to leave the stage for Umno and BN to be voted in come the next general election. To them BN is still the best political platform for all Malaysians at the moment but let not one man make this boat go under.
To others, they remark Umno has rotten to the core. Some leaders or sycophants are sweating hard to “cover the elephant carcass with a palm leaf”. The carcass here smells of too many scandals that are afflicting some leaders and state-owned business entities under the ruling coalition. The people just cannot condone this anymore. They want a change of government at the federal level. If matters involving corruption and abuse of power were not resolved before long and the culprits punished, the next general election would see the demise of BN.
There are many serious national issues that will resonate with the electorate. Money may not buy the people’s votes at all time, as politicians cannot cash-handle all voters. The people’s anger has now come to reach the brim and it’s now squirting like hot volcanic lava.

Nation facing deficit-trust
Of late, the country perceptibly has been facing a deficit-trust all because of the 1Malaysia Development Berhad’s (1MDB), SRC International, the RM2.6b and RM45m that went into a personal account, the MARA overseas’ property-buying scam, Tabung Haji buying over 1MDB land at an inflated price, birthday and wedding bashes, deluxe jets and many other monetary and administrative deviances.
Despite all this, the people are seeing the revel going on to pull to bits those who want to uphold truth and justice and to stop the truth from being bared. But the people are aware of these muddy manoeuvres as not many would anymore listen to sneaky propagandas over TV3 or read the Utusan Daily.
dd
The cost of living has risen all because of the ad hoc measures taken to implement the GST and drop in value of the Malaysian currency. Prices of import goods have skyrocketed. Serious inflation has set in. There is unemployment and also many underpaid wage earners who cannot make ends meet in life.
Those receiving BR1M may not know the nation’s figures of lost that have run into millions and billions. Some are contented with the little money they receive in the form of a small bonus, one small pay increment, book vouchers and so forth. Blame them not as they are innocent people who have been lullabied by mendacious leaders. When the money they receive is all expended they will realise that their hardship remains.
To those who are aware of what’s going on in the country will see things from a different perspective. They want to see the country not mired in all the wrong doings. To save the country is their earnest wish and this can be done at the expense of one man. No leader is indispensable when it comes to the survival of a nation. An ineffective leader must leave the scene.
The nation inflicted by many scandals
Surveys have shown that majority of the people are thunderstruck by all the scams and scandals affecting the country. As alleged and reported by many sources upon investigation:
In the interest of transparency and accountability the people want all major economic issues to be resolved for the country to be financially sound. Presenting false information under the Control Exchange Act, as repetitively recommended by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), the elusive characters and the key personnel in 1MDB ought to have been called by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Police and the Attorney-General (AG) and possibly charged for embezzlement and criminal breach of trust. This should include all the accessories to the crime too.
The Altantuya murder case is still shrouded in mystery and the deceased has not received any justice until now. This has depraved the image of the country.
1MDB has been a model of bad governance since the day it started. 1MDB is in debt of over RM42b. And this is guaranteed by the government. The taxpayers have to bear the debts in the “case of default”.
The people want to know what happened to the US$960 million loan from the Deutsche Bank consortium by 1MDB. This key question has never been answered. They know 1MDB borrowed US$960 million in late 2014 from Deutsche Bank but they do not know what actually happened to the funds.
The US$1 billion “investment” by 1MDB in 2009 is a ruse, it seems. And the so-called 1MDB-PetroSaudi International (PSI) “US$2.5 billion joint venture” appeared to be a scam as PSI injected no cash into the joint venture, resulting in the latter being abandoned months later.
Money diverted into other accounts
The people are aware that 1MDB redeemed US$1.22 billion in 2014, after the close of the financial year. That is US$2.18 billion. What happened then to the funds and why did 1MDB need to borrow RM 960 million from the government in early 2015?
The hasty signing in 2009 of 1MDB’s now-aborted deal with PSI had led to two board members resigning from the Finance Ministry-owned company, investigators have revealed.
Out of the US$1 billion remitted by 1MDB, US$700 million went to Good Star owned by an elusive character instead of the joint venture, as stipulated in Bank Negara’s approval letter dated Sept 29, 2009.

1MDB’S subsequent remittances of US$500 million in 2010 and US$300 million in 2011 appeared to be similarly duplicitous, as these also ended up in Good Star account. In July 2105 The Edge provided BNM all PSI documents and others in a hard-drive - seemingly was the “theft” evidence by PetroSaudi and an elusive character of US$1.83 billion dollars.
It was reported that two former 1MDB chairmen quit in protest after US$700 million (RM2.6 billion) that was meant for the 1MDB-PSI joint venture was diverted to another company without the board’s approval. The report said the board had directed that the money be returned to the JV Company “but no action was taken”.
The Edge Weekly reported that one Casey Tang, was on BNM wanted list but has now gone missing. He was a former executive director of 1MDB and was alleged to have worked with tycoon Low Taek Jho and top executives of PSI to get 1MDB to subscribe to US$500 million of murabaha notes. Allegedly, some US$260 million of this money from 1MDB was used by Low to buy UBG Bhd.
Suddenly, the PAC was stalled and PAC members were given promotion. The AG was asked to leave, honest civil servants were transferred out and some were asked to go on leave or retirement.
One man does not make a nation
The country’s reserves now have gone down to below 100 billion - a drop of almost 35 percent from 140 billion. The GDP growth according to analysts is around 3.5 percent and household debt has exceeded 85 percent. The country’s currency is now above RM4.0 to 1US dollar. Investors are leaving the country in droves, and all these tousled concerns are affecting the economy.
The Opposition is demanding that the RM2.6b and RM45m from SRC siphoned into a personal account be investigated swiftly by MACC and the Police.
This does not yet include all the corruptions, leakages, flow of illegally gained money to off-shore banks, wastages, luxurious living and spending, and so forth by those in power and their associates.
The alleged involvement of a young flamboyant billionaire and those in complicit in the 1MDB debacle has reached the rural electorate and has now become a politically sensitive issue. The Malay electorate too want to know what has happened to the TRX and Bandar Malaysia land which was originally slated for Bumiputera development.
If the laws of the country were broken, then the authorities should investigate the wrongdoers instead of castigating the whistle-blowers and the critics.
It would be boundless wealth for the nation if all these monies were retrieved or brought back to the country. The huge losses if repossessed could help build our economy and bring back the trust investors have in the country. One man does not make a nation. The people are those who make a nation. Only changes in Umno will see the party survive in the next general election.
