World anti-corruption head slams Najib on home ground

The 16th International Anti-Corruption Conference is taking place in Putrajaya from today until Friday. The Transparency International president Jose Ugaz has made a veiled reference to the prime minister's role in the 1MDB scandal.

Malaysia must provide answers on the US$700 million (RM2.6 billion) transferred to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's accounts, Transparency International told an international anti-corruption conference in Putrajaya today. Its president, Jose Ugaz, said Malaysia's commitment towards fighting corruption cannot be taken seriously as long as it did not explain who paid the money, why, and what happened to it. "We want to see more progress (from Malaysia) but that cannot happen while there are unanswered questions about the US$700 million that made its way into the prime minister's personal bank account," said Ugaz at the opening ceremony of the 16th International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC).

The hall, which comprised delegates from across the world, broke into applause at his statement. "No one can be in Malaysia and not be aware of the corruption allegations of recent months and how damaging they are to the country. "There is a corruption crisis here," said Ugaz. He said in recent weeks, the attorney-general “who was critical of the government” was replaced, the task force probing into 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) was suspended, investigators were‎ arrested, and newspapers suspended. "These are not the actions of a government that is fighting corruption. "We may well hear promises of reform. That is not what is needed at this time. And promises alone will not restore confidence and trust," said Ugaz. Ugaz, a Peruvian lawyer with a history of taking on grand corruption ‎, said only “one man” could provide answers, in an apparent reference to Najib. But he said if the man refused to come forward, then only a fully independent investigation, free from political interference, could uncover the truth. "Until that happens, no claim from the government on anti-corruption will be credible." Kuala Lumpur is hosting the ongoing IACC and Najib was to have given the keynote address. Earlier today, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Paul Low said he advised Najib to pull out from officiating IACC in Putrajaya today in case the environment turned "hostile". The conference at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre ends on Friday. Touted as a premier global gathering of anti-corruption stakeholders, the IACC is held once every two years and this year it drew 1,000 delegates from 130 countries. – September 2, 2015.  TMI.

Swiss freeze millions in bank accounts linked to 1MDB
Published: 2 September 2015 9:12 PM

Swiss authorities said today they had frozen funds in Swiss banks amid a probe into people linked to Malaysia's troubled state investment fund, 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), on suspicion of corruption and money laundering.

"The Office of the Attorney-General of Switzerland (OAG) has frozen assets amounting to several tens of millions of US dollars on Swiss bank accounts," an OAG spokesman said by email in response to an enquiry.

"At this early stage of the procedure, the OAG is analysing and consolidating evidence. The OAG is already in contact with the Malaysian authorities. International cooperation with foreign countries, in particular with Malaysia, will probably be necessary to establish the facts," she said.

1MDB later released a satement saying "as far as 1MDB is aware, none of the company's bank accounts has been frozen".

It added that 1MDB was in the process of developing a better understanding of the ongoing investigations in Switzerland so the company could cooperate to its fullest extent. – Reuters, September 2, 2015.

Special Branch told Putrajaya to explain 1MDB since 2013, ex deputy chief says

Former Special Branch deputy director of police Datuk Abdul Hamid Bador says for 2 years, the police had advised the government to provide clear answers about 1MDB's alleged scandals. – The Malaysian Insider pic by Nazir Sufari, August 23, 2015.

Putrajaya thought it could explain issues surrounding its debt-ridden 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB), but has failed to convince the people, former Special Branch deputy director Datuk Abdul Hamid Bador said today.

He said the police's intelligence unit had advised the government to provide clear answers about 1MDB's alleged scandals for the last two years, but had been told that Putrajaya knew how to handle the matter.

"We had foreseen it coming and we advised Putrajaya that the issue could be big," he said in a breakfast session with the media this morning.

"They thought that they could explain it, but unfortunately...," Hamid said.
1MDB was not a national threat, he added, but temperatures were rising.

"People want answers. It's a straight forward explanation, but if you say it's a tricky issue, then split it into several parts. Pick a right platform and explain," he said.

Hamid said the Special Branch had no power to decide on who would become prime minister and was only tasked with protecting the country.

"For the past 63 years it has gathered intelligence, dissected the information and reported it to the prime minister. We advise the prime minister on what is happening on the ground. The information is delivered to the policy makers and the top leadership in the form of suggestions, advice and reports," he said.

He urged the national leadership to "open their eyes and ears" and discard their "denial syndrome".

"The people are confused, stressed and angry over what has happened. 1MDB is confusing; come forward and explain. What is 1MDB? Where did the money go? Explain," Hamid said.

Instead, Putrajaya had people giving contradictory statements and incomplete answers.

Hamid also touched on moves that appeared to "change the goal posts" in the 1MDB probe, mentioning the Auditor-General and Public Accounts Committee's (PAC) now-suspended inquiry after a cabinet reshuffle which promoted four of its members into the cabinet.

"Don't say wait until the task force finishes, then keep changing the goal posts and delaying (the probe).

"Is it hard for the PAC, for the Auditor General to explain? If it is taking a long time, explain the parts which have been completed first," he said.

Putrajaya has been hard pressed to explain issues surrounding 1MDB, with criticism led by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and several opposition MPs, who have accused the government and the state investment firm of not answering transparently questions about its RM42 billion debts, overpriced purchases of power assets, and alleged involvement of businessman Low Taek Jho. – August 23, 2015

Najib's Night of the Long Knives: Sacked DPM, AG, SB Chief, stopping PAC & planted MH370 debris at Reunion Island are clear signs

Najib's wooden kitchen cabinet: "Stupidity knows no bounds"

If the USD700 million in PM Najib's account is a harmless donation with no criminal consequences, why sacked DPM, AG, SB Chief, stopped PAC & planted  MH370 debris at Reunion Island, all at the same time?

The chance that these are independent coincidental occurrences, is one in 2.6 billion. This is clearly Najib's version of the 1934 Hitler's Night of the Long Knives operation. The ones who helped Najib to power will be purged to ensure Najib stays in power.

So predictable as in article:
2015 July Ist Herr Nazib der letzte PM of Malaisia

The greatest challenge to Hitler's survival during the early years of the Third Reich came from his own brown-shirted storm troopers, the SA (Sturmabteilung) led by Chief of Staff, Ernst Röhm.

The battle-scarred Röhm was a decorated World War I combat officer and a post-war street-brawler who had been with Hitler from the start. Röhm's jack-booted storm troopers were largely responsible for putting Hitler in power. On the front lines of the Nazi political revolution, they had risked their necks battling Communists for control of the streets and squashed anyone who stood in Hitler's way.

However, by the beginning of 1934, a full year after Hitler's seizure of power, things had changed. The SA's usefulness as a violent revolutionary force had effectively ended. To maintain his position as dictator of Germany, Hitler now needed the support of the all-powerful German General Staff with its 100,000-strong Army which had the power to crush his dictatorship whenever it pleased.

The big problem for Hitler was that Röhm and his arrogant young Brownshirts fancied themselves as the nucleus of new "people's army" that would replace the traditional Germany Army – similar to Napoleon's revolutionary army.

The towering figure of Defense Minister, General Werner von Blomberg, with Joseph Goebbels and a worried-looking Hitler in February 1934. Below: SA leaders Ernst Röhm (rear seat looking backwards) and Karl Ernst enjoying the pomp and circumstance of power.

Below: Röhm salutes Hitler during the Nazi Party-day rally at Nuremberg in September 1933 - ever-dutiful in public but increasingly contemptuous of Hitler in private.

This put them in direct conflict with the General Staff. They were threatening to end a centuries-old way of life in Germany. The General Staff was a class unto itself, featuring men of wealth and privilege, many of whom could trace their lineages back to Germany's medieval warrior-princes.

During his rise to power, Hitler had earned their support by repeatedly assuring them he would restore them to their former glory by breaking the "shackles" of the Treaty of Versailles which limited the Army to 100,000 men and prevented modernization.

And there were more problems with the SA. The anti-capitalist sentiments voiced by big-mouthed SA leaders and echoed by the restless masses of unemployed storm troopers created huge worries for the German businessmen who had bank-rolled Hitler's rise to power. Like the generals, Hitler had earned their support through repeated promises. In their case, he promised to snuff out the troublesome trade unions and Marxist agitators, which he did. But now, his own storm troopers with their talk of a Second Revolution were sounding like Marxists themselves. (The First Revolution having been the Nazi seizure of power in early 1933.)
Many of the working-class men who made up the SA truly believed in the 'socialism' of National Socialism and wanted to grab their share of Germany's wealth, at the expense of someone else, and if necessary by force. This Second Revolution was what they had been fighting for all along, or so they believed.

In addition to all this, the average German citizen truly disliked the Brownshirts with their gangster-like behavior which included extorting money from local shop owners, driving around in fancy new cars showing off, getting drunk, beating up and even murdering innocent people for fun.

For Adolf Hitler, the SA's behavior was a problem that now threatened his political survival and the entire future of Nazi Germany.

Hitler began the process of dealing with the SA problem by holding a meeting at the end of February 1934 attended by SA and Army leaders including Röhm and German Defense Minister, General Werner von Blomberg. At that meeting, Hitler plainly informed Röhm that the SA was not going to be a military force in Germany but would instead be limited to certain political functions. Röhm, in the presence of his Führer, readily agreed to this and even put his signature to just such an agreement with Blomberg.

But immediately after the meeting, Röhm let his true feelings be known. "What that ridiculous corporal says means nothing to us," Röhm told his Brownshirt cronies. "I have not the slightest intention of keeping this agreement. Hitler is a traitor, and at the very least must go on leave...If we can't get there with him, we'll get there without him."

Those remarks were reported back to Hitler by one of the Brownshirts. Two months later, Röhm dug a deeper hole for himself by holding a press conference in Berlin attended by foreign correspondents at which he boldly proclaimed: "The SA is the National Socialist Revolution!"

We can't be that stupid, can we? Not unless Najib had been soliciting donors for his 1MDB scam as below.  Public outrages are not enough. Najib's long predicted Night of the Long Knives has begun.

RM2.67 BILLION DONATED BY PM'S TOOTH FAIRY AND FAIRY GODMOTHER
The decree by the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) that the RM2.67 billion transferred to the PM's personal bank accounts were nothing more than harmless donations - from the PM's tooth fairy, fairy godmother, the Big Bad Wolf and Cruella de Vil, no doubt - without a sen coming from 1MDB puts the MACC at odds with the reports by the Wall Street Journal and Sarawak Report and....wait....if you were the PM's lawyers, what would your advice be?
Correct - SUE THE SHIT OUT OF THE WALL STREET JOURNAL AND THE SARAWAK REPORT. NOW.
So Jibby, now that the MACC has cleared you of any wrongdoing on the RM2.67 billion that nestled in your personal bank accounts by the aforementioned donors, Malaysians expect you to sue the crap out of the Wall Street Journal and the Sarawak Report. Take them to the cleaners. No less.
You will obtain summary judgment as easily as concocting lame excuses if the decree by the MACC was correctly made. So, SAMAN. JANGAN TAK SAMAN.
To Malaysians who think the findings of Umno's MACC are as believable as the elves that live in your garden and haven't decided whether to support the Bersih 4.0 rally on 29-30 August, put on a yellow shirt on those two days, get out there and show the minority regime what you think of their ability to make RM28 billion of OUR MONEY disappear.
LAWAN. JANGAN TAK LAWAN.

RM2.6 billion in Najib’s accounts from donors, not 1MDB funds, say MACC
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption said today that the US$700 million (RM2.6 billion) which was channelled into Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's personal bank accounts came from donors. Earlier today, PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli warned that the public should get ready for "proof" from Barisan Nasional that the RM2.6 billion channelled into Najib's bank accounts are in reality personal donations. Rafizi had also said that this will be the "script" by BN’s new communications team to convince the public that there was nothing corrupt about the funds going into Najib’s bank accounts.
Najib would beat Obama hands down, with such huge (700 million USD) donations.

Najib, unlike Obama, a magical fund raiser
KUALA LUMPUR: Kulai MP Teo Nie Ching has picked holes in Barisan Nasional (BN) Strategic Communication Director Abdul Rahman Dahlan’s version on the nearly USD700 million allegedly in Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s personal banking accounts before the last General Election in 2013.
“MACC can continue to fool or be fooled but all right-minded Malaysians won’t be fooled.”
If the USD700 million came in because of Najib’s political struggle and belief, as implied by Rahman Dahlan, Teo said she had to congratulate the Prime Minister since he was now ready to contest for the Presidency of the US. “Rahman Dahlan claims that the Umno Constitution allows for the party president to run trust accounts but the Deputy President Muhyiddin Yassin reportedly isn’t aware of such an account.”
Teo, in noting that the USD700 million purportedly came from two donors, made a comparison with the sums raised by US presidential candidates Barack Obama and Mitt Romney for the 2012 presidential race.
“Even Obama, the most powerful and influential person in the world, could not do the magic that Najib did in securing USD681 million from just one source, Tanore Finance. Another RM42 million was from a second source, SRC International,” said Teo. “Obama raised USD 715,677,692 over a period of time from many sources. His single biggest donor was the University of California which gave USD 1,350,139.”
Mitt Romney, said Teo, raised USD 446,135,997 over a period of time from many sources. “His single biggest contribution was USD1,045,454 from Goldman Sachs.”
Again, it was not the University of California and Goldman Sachs that donated but the Political Action Committees in both organisations. “Their individual members or employers, or owners, and those individuals’ immediate families.”

Hannah Yeoh angry with MACC's justification to clear Najib

Hannah Yeoh angry with MACC's justification to clear Najib
I am angry because the government thinks I am stupid enough to believe this kind of lame justification, she says as MACC clears Najib of any wrongdoing over the RM2.6 billion
Berita Daily Staff
KUALA LUMPUR: DAP lawmaker Hannah Yeoh today expressed her shock over the manner the RM2.6 billion fund transfer investigation against Prime Minister Najib Razak was declared close by the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC).

“Folks, that is how they close a case. Just with one media statement, kes ditutup (case closed),” said the Selangor state assembly speaker in a series of tweets.

She was referring to a MACC statement this evening that said the RM2.6 billion found in Najib's personal account came from donors, and not from 1MDB as claimed by Wall Street Journal and Sarawak Report.

“MACC's investigation reports in relation to the RM2.6 billion have been submitted to the Attorney General's Chambers. Our findings showed that the money that went into Najib's account had come from donors and was not from 1MDB,” MACC said in a statement without divulging the identities of the donors.

With this, the MACC has cleared Najib of any corrupt practices of receiving 1MDB funds.

And this simple way of clearing the whole issue has gotten Yeoh angry.

“This nonsense given by Barisan Nasional is no longer amusing. You burden people with good and service tax (GST) and you expect people to believe you can easily collect RM2 billion donation,” she tweeted.

“Wah, I am really angry. I am angry because the government thinks I am stupid enough to believe this kind of lame justification,” she added.

She said that if Najib could get donors to give him RM2 billion just like that, he should then ask his donors to give him money to make up for the GST which is burdening the people.

She further wondered if the MACC decision would result in more people participating in the Bersih 4.0 rally scheduled for Aug 29 and 30.

Najib has come under tremendous criticism after the WSJ and Sarawak Report revealed in a report last month that US$700 million (RM2.6 billion) of 1MDB fund had been allegedly transferred to Najib's personal account just before the last GE.

Najib had denied using 1MDB fund for personal gain but in recent days, word is slowly leaking from within Najib's camp that the money was actually political funding from overseas donors.

Najib had not openly admitted that but had said he would reveal the identity of Umno's donors if the opposition would do the same for their source of political funding.

Last Wednesday, sacked deputy prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin was caught saying in a leaked video clip that Najib had admitted having the money in his personal account, only saying that they were from the Middle East.

Rafizi: BN's script

Earlier today, hours before the MACC statement clearing Najib, PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli predicted that Putrajaya would come out to explain that the money in Najib's accounts was from donors.

He added this would be part of a “script” by BN’s new communications team to convince the public that there was nothing corrupt about the funds going into Najib’s bank accounts.

The script would also give the impression that the funds did not originate from 1MDB as has been claimed all this while, he added.

Rafizi said BN was likely to say that there was documentary proof that the RM2.6 billion was a personal donation to Najib.

“Based on this proof, the investigation into the RM2.6 billion transfer would find no element of corruption, and the case would be closed,” he said.

He further added that to prepare Malaysians to buy this story, BN was already championing the issue of political donations and daring opposition parties to declare their sources of funding.

“This issue is being brought up to cover up two important questions that Najib has not answered,” Rafizi added.

“The first is, where has RM42 billion that 1MDB borrowed gone to and is it true that the money was taken by individuals close to Najib, such as (businessman) Low Taek Jho?

“Secondly, why was the RM2.6 billion, some of which is allegedly from 1MDB money, funnelled into the prime minister’s personal accounts?,” he asked.

Topic: Missing Plane, Missing Billions: Malaysia in Crisis and the Politics of Hope

Of late, Malaysia had been in the news for all the wrong reasons. There had been the still unresolved mystery of Flight MH370 last year, the downing of Flight MH17, the jailing of Anwar Ibrahim, accusations of improprieties at the sovereign wealth fund, the much disputed handling of Rohingya migrants, growing signs of intolerance towards Christians and, most recently, naked tourists blamed for an earthquake. The speaker contended these seemingly unrelated events are symptoms of a failing government that has lost its way. He shared his experience as a member of Parliament with a front-row seat on Malaysia’s slide into economic disarray and more limited democracy. He shared his thoughts on what needs to be done for Malaysia to regain its mojo.

Wong Chen was the Malaysian Member of Parliament of Kelana Jaya. He was a self-described policy wonk who chaired and co-wrote the alternative Pakatan Rakyat Budget 2015. A former corporate lawyer, Mr. Wong was also the Chairman of the Investment and Trade Bureau of Anwar Ibrahim's party, The People's Justice Party.

The USD 700 million question that Najib will even murder to cover up

written by Malaysia Mana Boleh.  Selamat Hari Raya to all.

So now, all the lies that Najib built to cement his "BN house of cards" have come home to roost on Hari Raya eve. What a gift to the Malaysian people. Will Najib's BN house of cards come crumbling down before this Christmas as many had predicted? That would be the greatest gift to Malaysia.

Najib caught in the US$700M CORRUPTION SCANDAL
The main corruption allegation facing Najib over how US$700 million allegedly turned up in his bank accounts linked to state-owned company 1MDB perfectly draws together the intersecting political and economic questions facing the country this week.

1MDB is the sort of opaque SOE that the TPP group is promising to rein in to create a regional free market with clear operating rules that go well beyond trade.

It is also now the most egregious example of the Malaysian entities that have grown off the back of the Malay preferences established under Najib's father, which the Prime Minister once said needed to be reformed to make the country more competitive.

And, perhaps not surprisingly, the money was accumulating before the 2013 election, when Najib faced the greatest ever challenge to UMNO's hegemony and only just managed to cling to office, winning the most seats but not the most votes.

The USD 700 million question that Najib will even murder to cover up

Najib is damned if he answers and damned if he don't.

So far he has avoided by sidestepping with stupidity, hoaxes, fabrication and more twisted lies by himself and his Ministers of Lies.

Najib is not known as the LYING KING for nothing.

All fools but no gold.

What's so difficult with a pure simple denial  with 2 letter "NO"?

This is not 1969. The Rakyat can plainly see what is right and what is wrong, even if they do not outwardly express it.

So far, all the "Macai warriors" Najib sent to counter Sarawak Report (SR) and Wall Street Journal (WSJ) expose' have all met with dismal failures.

We have seen how a CIMB CEO fell from grace, in trying to discredit WSJ professional journalism.

CIMB banker who foolishly disputed WSJ report resigns CIMB Islamic Bank's CEO Badlisyah Abdul Ghani, who publicly disputed documents used by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) about fund transfers to the prime minister's personal bank accounts, will resign from his post effective August 15, The Edge Markets reported. Badlisyah had initially said there was a discrepancy in the 'Swift' code mentioned in the documents that WSJ uploaded to the Internet to back up its July 2 report that some US$700 million (RM2.67 billion) had been transferred to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's personal accounts at AmBank in Kuala Lumpur. He posted his analysis of the swift code on his Facebook account, saying that it was proof that the documents used by WSJ were "an absolute hoax", but later corrected it after news portal Malaysiakini pointed out his error.

So it is no surprise to see another pro-Najib fake NGO fell in disgrace after its intended fabricated Statutory Declaration hoax would be easily exposed with further inquiries on the ethnicity of the fake SD. Rather than be "killed" or taken "prisoner", GAG-M (CAGM ) committed "harakiri" by twisting it as a social experiment. WHAT?

Which of course, didn't prove anything damaging to the proponents of truth. It confirms what Najib could not admit. That the USD 700 million question was more damning than what Najib was willing to ADMIT.

Just like their boss, pro-Najib group shows their DISHONESTY with fake statement
It’s obvious that the objective of these nefarious characters behind CAGM was to try and convince readers that perhaps the media’s reporting so far on Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak may have been littered with inaccuracies and errors.
Such low-down tactics won’t work. What matters is the Court of Public Opinion, not journalism. The Jury is no longer out on many of the pressing issues of the day. The verdict is in on the issues of the day, no matter how many “experiments” CAGM undertakes. Live with that!

Since they are not journalists, CAGM can’t claim to be subject matter experts.

The media publishes in good faith. If its reporting was inaccurate, others have the right of reply.
In this case, AmBank and its Chairman Azman Hashim can exercise their right of reply and rebut our reporting, which was based on the CAGM email and statement carried on its website, and we will carry it.

When that happens, CAGM will be discredited.

Sooner or later, the faceless creatures behind CAGM will be exposed and the regular media and the social media will go to town with the expose and have the last laugh. He who laughs last, laughs the longest and the best! - FMT

Despicable hatchet job by pro-Najib group condemned
The CAGM ‘hoax experiment’ reporting a Statutory Declaration about an ex-AmBank executive being sacked unceremoniously over corrupt money transfers should be condemned by all right-minded citizens who care enough for our country.

Indeed CAGM’s act is totally uncalled for especially in these times where the nation’s political climate is overheating and fissures already appearing all across the divides including precarious business and foreign investments.

When our nation is being gripped with allegations and scandalous developments, with foreign media all training their head lights on the country, here we go with a Made-in-Malaysia NGO ridiculing the citizens and a host of media.
we quote what normal responsible citizen blogger would posted
The CAGM blog, which posted an unredacted version of the SD this evening, said it is fictitious.
However, the commissioner for oaths stamp was genuine, and could have been misused.
Prior to publishing CAGM’s SD claim, Malaysiakini had run a check on the commissioner for oaths whose stamp appeared on the SD, which showed the person existed.
According to the commissioner for oath’s database, Faridah Abdul Hamid (No. PJS: W420) served as a commissioner of oaths from Jan 1, 2012 to Dec 31, 2014. The SD was dated May 8, 2013.
Malaysiakini had also emailed AmBank for response.
The CAGM blog also posted what is purportedly a conversation between The Wall Street Journal Asia markets editor Tom Wright and Zainal with regard to the SD.
The posted conversation with WSJ appeared to be an attempt to discredit Wright and WSJ in the wake of allegations against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak published in the financial daily.
Editor’s note: Malaysiakini has retracted the original article.
http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/305285

Obviously, GAG-M was going no where with its blatant lying in defence of Najib's fradulent 1MDB. Rather than face continuation humiliation of poor responses to its articles, Najib's PR team headed by Scam Guru Lim Kok Wing, decided to make one "Custer Last Stand".

Sarawak Report’s denial of link to Mahathir a ‘blatant lie’

KUALA LUMPUR: The Citizens for Accountable Governance Malaysia (CAGM) yesterday chastised Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle Brown for denying that her husband Andrew Brown’s was acquainted with former Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamed.

Calling the denial a ‘blatant lie,’ CAGM chairman Md Zainal Abidin warned her not to ‘manipulate facts for ulterior motives’.
FMT had yesterday reported former journalist Clare as denying CAGM’s earlier claim that her husband had sought Mahathir’s assistance to expand Électricité de France’s (EDF France) energy business in Asia, saying that Brown and Mahathir did not know each other. She also said that Brown worked for EDF Energy UK (EDF UK), and not EDF France, and that he did not have any involvement in the latter group’s global operations.

An excellent summary to Najib corruption debacle

Besides the constant "barking up the wrong trees" by Najib's Ministers of Lies, what other underhand assaults on the poor Rakyat's minds did Najib's mafia gangsters and spin-masters contrive? We are still compiling the list but here are the obvious ones.

713 (July13, 2015) Low Yat Franca.

For all purposes and intent, 713 is a poor remake of 513 (May 13, 1969). It was meant to be another "Hell Break Loose" racial riot event, meant to be the perfect excuse for Najib to impose emergency martial law and subsequently, install his dictatorial regime of ASM (Apartheid State of Malaysia) or perhaps more appropriately named NajibRosmalsia.

A group of concerned citizen bloggers had it right (predicted) as early as March 2008. But like all foreign-assisted professionally contrived regime change plots, direct evidence were hard to come by. All whistle-blowers would have been killed before they even make it to the press's doorstep.

One thing that had prevented Najib from ruthlessly taking over Malaysia by force, is his lack of grass root support, the need to "plunder Malaysia to the ground" (by some estimates to be 200-300 Rm billion) and lack of personal character, courage, brilliance and drive. He had been born with a silver spoon. If the Kabal had not chosen him to be their Manchurian Candidate, he would not have advanced beyond a cabinet minister.

Najib's golden pathway to the PM throne

Hundreds of hand phones are being stolen on a daily basis round the world. My friends and I have had hand phones being stolen or snatched outright with some skirmishes in the past. None of these incidences exploded into a racially charged riot. As you can see from the above pictures, the 713 Low Yat Franca was planned to explode as a nationwide racial unrest. Who would have the resources and network to plan such a despicable mass murder? Obviously, the UMNO Mafia again.

There are many factors why the nationwide racial riot failed to explode as Najib had planned and desired. That will be coming up in the next article.

Did another psyops-infiltrator NGO MyWatch (Malaysia's Crime Prevention Task Force), chaired by Sri Sanjeevan with Tan Sri Musa (former tainted IGP) as patron, know of the impending 713 Racial Mayhem, months before it happened? It would be hard for Sanjeevan the mole, to be caught in the middle of the racial mayhem. He conveniently left on a Europe honeymoon tour on July 8.

From his facebook and website postings, he sounds like he is following Jho Low's footsteps to quick success, wealth and social status.

So, if you think these are the only fabrication thought up to counter the recent USD700 million in Najib account question, 1MDB expose by Sarawak Report or the splurging of untold wealth by the Najib First Family (daughter, step son & dolly-molly mama), then you are sadly mistaken. You only have to open your eyes and see all the machinations by Najib_4_PM team since Tun Razak died unexpectedly of leukemia in 1976.

Both Tun Dr Ismail & Tun Razak were murdered

The Kabal at that time had no other choices, really. Ghafar Baba (the 3rd UMNO Vice President) was too much of a ground-root Malay leader and not cunning enough, to deceive the Malay population. Worst of all, Ghafar Baba could not "ACT" as in crisis acting like Najib in MH370.

All the capable forerunners (competitors to Najib) had to be conveniently disposed of, to pave the golden pathway to the PM throne for the lazy, shirt chaser born-with-a-silver-spoon Prince of Darkness. Tun Dr Ismail as Tun Razak's DPM, had to be disposed off first. Typical of the Kabal-made-up prophesies, RAHMAN  was prophesized as the first alphabet of PM names. N was meant to be Najib.

After Tun Razak was murdered, Malaysians meekly accepted an ill-health Hussein Onn as their PM. His tenure as PM was mean to be a short transition to the next PM, Mahathir. Meanwhile Najib was fast-tracked from youngest elected MP, to youngest cabinet deputy minister (age 25), to UMNO Vice President in 1993.

Reconciled with Mahathir, Musa Hitam posed a stumbling block to Najib being elected as the youngest Vice President in 1993.  There was only one UMNO vice president slot left. Anwar moved up from the vice presidency slot to DPM. If Musa were to contest for that seat, Najib's chance would be very slim indeed. Musa was persuaded by Mahathir to go for the vice presidency slot, as a backup, in case Anwar failed as his DPM. Further if Anwar and Musa worked as a tag team with Mahathir, Najib's fast track to the PM throne may be blocked forever. Their Sodomy Plot to get rid of Anwar would be of no use. Mahathir would just resort to Musa as his DPM again. They can't do a "shoot once" Sodomy Plot on Musa as Mahathir and the whole world would be too suspicious.

That's right. The 1993 Highland Tower collapse was caused by a bomb detonated on one of the critical support pile groups. Although the key evidence of the "Missing Pile Caps", peculiar "twist & turn before collapsing" and the many inconsistencies with NCL (natural cause landslide), were brought up by many, in technical forums and conferences, the official report still cited natural causes (landslide) for the disaster.

1993-12-11 Highland Towers revisited

Another bombshell waiting to explode.

Over the last few weeks, we had been checking on some amazing info, comparative studies and analyses on the 1993 Highland Tower tragedy, sent to us from an anonymous source.

So far, all the details seem to check out. There are some very compelling evidence that the 3 tragic events (1993 Highland Tower, 2002 Affin Bank Chairman bungalow, 2008 Bt AntaraBangsa LS-collapses) were BTD (bomb triggered disasters). There had been serious inconsistencies in the natural causes of these landslides since day 1 but the govt don't seem to care about the truth.

In the Highland Tower tragedy, hundreds had been forced out (mandatory evacuation) over fears that the remaining towers (B & C) would follow the same fate as Tower A. 22 years is a long time to test those unfounded fears of another potential landslide pushing and collapsing the other 2 towers.

Now that we know 911-WTC collapses were certainly not caused by planes crashing into them, or the fires that burnt after the crashes, and that US govt were complicit in the 911-Inside Job False Flag, should we not also re-examine and determine the criminality behind these 3 BTD.

Stay tuned to this album, as we add more information as soon as they are verified.

Compare the hill setting behind the fallen Highland Tower A with another landslide in Ulu Langat. From the pictures, it is clear the landslide at Highland Tower hardly touched the building. Whereas in the picture below, the 2-4 storey buildings with even shallower foundations were able to withstand the onslaught of the mud debris.

The 20-11-02 landslide must be very localised as the adjacent neighbouring house barely metres away was largely unaffected. The final fatality count was 8. The picture below was reported in the immediate aftermath of the BTD.

Who gave the order to kill Altantuya?

No one is born to be a criminal. Somehow in their twisted lives, criminals get drafted into the crooked world of crimes. To order such a grotesque murder, the commander of the Altantuya's murder had to be a seasoned murderer who had no qualms about murdering anybody or many "bodies".

So was the 1993 Highland Tower collapse a BTD ( bomb triggered disaster)? The real evidence (not those fabricated by professional ass-lickers) seem to be quite conclusive that it was. Well, if you have one, there must be others too. You are quite right if you had suspected the 20-11-02 (see the number pattern) "landslide" which completely destroyed Gen (rtd) Tan Sri Ismail Omar's house killing 8 including his wife, children and maids who were all sound asleep at 4:30 am.

Gen (rtd) Tan Sri Ismail Omar was by the way, a staunch supporter of Tun Mahathir and Chairman of Affin Bank.  As with the Highland Tower tragedy, just 300 m away, was there a political motive in the BTD? You bet.

So too, was the 6-12-08 Bt AntaraBangsa BTD which again completely destroyed PM Badawi's principal private secretary's house. Fortunately, he and his family slept over at his parent's place at Kg. Baru after the Raya celebration dinner. Were all these BTDs warning signs to the opposing political parties within UMNO itself? More of the politically motivated BTDs coming up in future posts.

FRANK TALK ; JUSTICE 4 TEO BENG HOCK
Justice delayed is Justice denied . with Apain Soriun,SM SM Muthu,Michael Solibun

After Altantuya (19-10-06), there were many unresolved murders during the PM'ship of Najib. Kugan (20-01-09), Teoh Beng Hock (16-6-09), Aminulrasyid (26-4-10) and Ahmad Sarbani (6-4-11) were the more famous or rather infamous ones. Naturally, these murders which occurred before the illegal USD 700 million transfer into PM Najib's personal private account in late March 2013, could not be remotely connected to 1MDB.  Wait a minute. 1MDB (TIA) was formed in Feb 2009, even before Najib officially became PM in April 2009. Could these murders be "red herrings" designed to divert attention from the fast-tracked 1MDB scam and the money laundering activities in 2009 - 2011?

Kugan, an Indian was "murdered" under torture while in police custody. Teoh Beng Hock, a Chinese and a DAP (opposition) member was summoned to give his statement on "alleged corruption of a few thousands Rm". He was found dead the next morning at MACC building ("suicide" during MACC interrogation).

Aminulrasyid, an innocent Malay teenager, was "intentionally murdered with multiple police gun shots after a police car chase. Ahmad Sarbani was an honest, clean Custom Officer who was intentionally murdered (like Teoh Beng Hock, "suicide" during MACC interrogation) to take off the heat of MACC's Rm108 billion bust; supposedly a syndicate involved in the Rm108 billion tax evasion, money laundering and illegal outflows (all which Najib and 1MDB are guilty of).

Notice too, the innocent victims were all picked to extract the maximum public outrage and distraction. Check the external debt chalked up by Najib, since he took over the Finance Ministry in September 2008.

Unresolved Mafia-style public execution linked to the USD 700 mil question.

Speaking of diversion, the hoax shooting of My_Watch Chairman (Sri Sanjeevan, recently awarded a Datukship from Pahang) on 27-7-13, was a red herring too. Remember the absurd number of hospital transfers, unnecessary delays in extracting that single bullet lodged in his rib cage, inconsistencies and 35 days of fake critical ICU-Coma?

It was all staged and designed to divert public attention from the real target shooting of Hussain Najadi (AmBank founder) on 29-7-13. Well, they obviously over-done the "staged dog-N-pony shows". We have received interesting "postmortem" evidence of that hoax shooting. More on that hoax shooting and My_Watch hoax NGO later.

Now, we can see why Najib is really, really worried about the USD 700 mil transfer. Not only was it illegal, it confirms what the Rakyat had accused NAJIB of, since May 2013. That PR really won GE13 but Najib stole it with the USD 700 million funding.

Remember the 505 black protests. If all the legal authoritative institutions (BNM, Parliament, PDRM, Military, Heads of states, Judiciary etc) continue to recognise Najib's legitimacy as a PM, then they have just admitted to the world, they support "stolen election, subverted democracy and an illegitimate PM".

Can they all condone the fraudulent activities of a siting PM? Or does PM stands for Prime Mastermind of the murders to cover up his fraudulent activities; including the illegal USD 700 million transfer into his personal account, in total defiance of the country's laws. Najib is a boldface liar for often asserting that no one including him, is above the law.

Nasi dah jadi bubur (the rice has turned into porridge) meaning it's over and too late.

Nothing Najib can do now. Whatever spin, PR mogul like Lim Kok Wing or the recent Lester Melanyi video confession, all will have disastrous outcome just like the Nothing_2_Hide fiasco. You can only hide the truth for so long. 3 things that cannot be long hidden; the Sun, the Moon and the Truth.

Rafizi denies knowing Lester Melanyi Hafiz Marzukhi | AstroAwani Published July 16, 2015 15:47
KUALA LUMPUR: PKR vice president, Rafizi Ramli dismissed claims made by Barisan Nasional (BN) strategic communications director Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan that he had instructed Sarawak Report to defame Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak about 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

According to Rafizi, the expose made by Rahman about a police report linking him, Petaling Jaya Utara MP, Tony Pua, Batu Lintang assemblyman See Chee How, Kuching MP Chong Chieng Hen and Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim were false.

"I have never known Lester Melanyi nor have I been in contact with him. The first time I knew about his existence was when Rahman revealed the contents of the police report.

"I have never given instructions to Sarawak Report or gave materials to be published by the portal.

"No contacts were made with Sarawak Report or talked to their editor Clare Rewscastle-Brown about 1MDB. Throughout my career, I have only worked together with the portal on the timber scandal in Sabah," said Rafizi in a statement.

On Wednesday, Abdul Rahman revealed the involvement of several opposition lawmakers in a video by an individual who claimed to be directly involved in falsifying facts in Sarawak Report articles.

Meanwhile, Rafizi, all things brought up about 1MDB were based on news reports from both in and outside the country as well as questions raised in Parliament.

"The police report made by Ramesh Rao Krishnan Naidu is a conspiracy to cover the 1MDB issue by giving it an image that it was conceived by the opposition.

"I am confident that this conspiracy would not work as the 1MDB issue is too big," added him.

Najib has lost the perception war

Najib may have lost the perception war

Scott Ng | July 10, 2015

The PM and his supporters are left clutching at straws

By now, everyone has had a chance to read the letter Najib’s lawyers sent to the Wall Street Journal, and if social media comments are anything to go by, it looks like we all had a laugh reading the confusing and asinine document. The letter clearly shows that Najib’s people are unsure of how to handle the dilemma on their hands, an international scandal with many moving parts that may lie outside the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Add to this the mind-boggling statements about a Jewish conspiracy to interfere with Muslim countries and investigations on the whistleblowers instead of the one accused of committing the crime, and what we have is a strong impression that Putrajaya has lost the plot. To be fair, a scandal of the magnitude that Najib is at the centre of would render any government a little barmy as it tries to contain the damage.

However, it seems like our government never considered the possibility of being caught red-handed with evidence of wrongdoing, and now that the claims cannot be brushed away in the usual cavalier and haughty fashion, Najib and his cohorts are left clutching at straws. They are not used to this. After all, the best the opposition has managed to produce up to this point have been nothing more than circumstantial evidence. But the WSJ report and the subsequent release of the documents mentioned in the report are the equivalent of a smoking gun.

We are, of course, in danger of pre-judging the Prime Minister before he has had his day in court. The old mantra of “innocent until proven guilty” must apply equally to all, even Najib. However, things are looking increasingly bleak for him, and the vultures are starting to close in on the limping Najib administration.

It would not be too foolhardy to wager that Najib will lead Barisan Nasional to defeat at the next general election even if he manages to avoid a fall here, given the ubiquity of reports that all but affirm his guilt in the eyes of the public, rightly or wrongly. And if he does fall here, be sure that his successor will throw out all his dirty laundry along with him in the name of a “clean” government, and that might still not save BN.

Najib may well have lost the perception war for good, now that nearly everyone has read the damning Wall Street Journal reports. The responses from him and his cohorts have only made it worse. They show just how much of a panic they are in right now. This is a crisis of monumental proportions for Najib, and continuing with his missteps will only lead to a deepening cynicism among the rakyat, who are already at least half-convinced of his guilt.

Woo Wen Chiuan · Does it matter
As a man, he is entitle to be "innocent until proven guilty". However, as a Prime Minister, he can't. For prime minsterial post cannot be mocked, abused and indignified. This position deserves respect in all sense, anyone who sits in this position and making mockery of it is not fit to be PM.
He can have his days in courtroom but as a man, not a PM.

The title of the article should have been "Najib have lost the perception war". He lost it the day the WSJ/SR report came out and he didn't immediately deny that the accounts in the report were in his name nor that the monies were deposited into the said accounts. A short poll among the nine (9) of us sitting together and discussing the issue have already given a unanimous verdict of "Guilty". I don't even know why he is still keeping his current batch of advisers!

"Perception" is the wrong word to use. They have been wanting to deny that the man in blue are corrupt, that they have said that there are only few on the take ..... "corruption by the man in blue is only public perception" ........... so you agree?

When they force "perception" down our throat , it is meant to twist from truth to the opposite !

Mr PM, don’t give us the slip on your RM2.6 billion scandal – Kim Quek

Published: 9 July 2015 11:00 AM

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Rajak is obviously trying to get himself and his party off the hook by claiming that the scope of work of the special task force is confined to ascertaining whether the RM2.6 billion funds found in his accounts were used for his personal interest. The inference is that if the finding is negative, then the case is closed, full stop.

How marvellous for Najib, if only the case were so simple!

Let me quote what Najib said:

“The investigation of the special task force is to determine whether the Wall Street Journal allegation that I took 1MDB funds for my personal interest has basis or not.”
This statement contains two errors: WSJ never said the funds came from 1MDB; neither did it say the money was used for Najib’s personal interests. In fact, WSJ in its article dated July 2 (US time) stated the exact opposite. I quote:

“The original source of the money is unclear and the government investigation doesn’t detail what happened to the money that went into Mr Najib’s personal accounts.”

So, by completely distorting what WSJ said, is Najib trying to pave the way for the special task force to close the case?

Criminal implication of Najib’s RM2.6 billion

What is undisputed at this stage is the existence of the said RM2.6 billion that went into Najib’s accounts, because Najib has persistently failed to categorically deny the allegation which was made with specific details.

The veracity of the claim was given further credence when WSJ uploaded on July 7 the banking documents detailing these deposits into Najib’s accounts, which Najib has again failed to deny.

So, this part of the work (establishing the RM2.6 billion deposits in Najib’s account) has already been done, since the documents upon which WSJ based its article actually came from Malaysian investigators according to WSJ, and hence there is no need for the special task force to do much more work on the issue.

What the task force has to do now is to trace the ultimate source of these funds and to ascertain how these funds have been spent.

RM2,600 million is a gargantuan sum; it couldn’t possibly have come suddenly from a charitable well-wisher and just as quickly disappeared. The criminal implication of the mysterious movements of such huge quantities of cash through the accounts of the prime minister is awesome, to say the least. And this is exactly where the special task force must dig in: to establish and unveil the whole truth to the public, for which the nation is now holding its breath.

In fact, not only the nation, but the whole world is watching now that this mega scandal has made headlines in leading media around the globe.

The Malaysian government cannot afford to falter on the current investigation or to fail to apply the necessary remedies, lest it lose its credibility, with serious adverse consequences economically and politically.

Now, let us take a quick look at how and when these funds flowed into Najib’s accounts.

The link to 1MDB’s US$3 billion bond

The RM2.6 billion came from two sources at two different times. The bulk of it, US$681 million came from a foreign company in late March 2013, shortly before the 2013 general election. The second source was local, totalling RM42 million.

The source of US$681 million looks suspiciously linked to the US$3 billion bond raised by 1MDB, ostensibly for investment in a joint venture with IPIC of Abu Dhabi to develop the TRX project, which never really took off the ground.

1MDB 2_cash_ strapped to develop TRX

It was on March 21 & 25 that US$681 million arrived at one of Najib’s account at AmIslamic Bank in KL from Tanore Finance (based in British Virginia Islands) from its account in the Singapore Branch of Falcon Private Bank, a Swiss bank owned by IPIC, with whom 1MDB had sealed a joint venture only days earlier, on March 12, 2013.

Coincidentally, two days before the payment to Najib’s account, on March 19, the US$3 billion was urgently raised, for which a whopping commission of 10% (US$300 million) was paid to Goldman Sachs due to the bond’s urgency.

Days later, on April 3,2013, Parliament was dissolved.

ANOTHER HIGH PROFILE MURDER CASE IN MALAYSIA SHOULD BE RE-OPENED FOLLOWING REVELATIONS BY WALL STREET JOURNAL ON RM 2.6 BILLION BEING DEPOSITED IN AMBANK PERSONAL ACCOUNTS:

Question is now asked, what is the urgency of the bond (raised only 7 days after sealing the joint venture) since the joint venture with IPIC never took off the ground, if such massive cash was not urgently needed to fund Umno/BN’s election campaign for the imminent GE13? An audit on 1MDB’s account for this period would provide the answer.

As for the local source of RM42 million, it came from SRC International which conveyed the money via two other companies to Najib’s other two accounts in AmIslamic Bank in December 2014 and February 2015.

SRC International, a company set up by 1MDB and later taken over by the Finance Ministry, gained notoriety for having repeatedly failed to properly account for the RM4 billion loan it took from pension fund KWAP in 2011.

Why should a ministry of finance entity pay such a large sum of money to the prime minister cum finance minister’s personal bank account?  Isn’t this act alone a breach of the law, whatever the subsequent usage of the fund might be?

Integrity of task force impaired

What is worrisome now is the integrity of the current investigation carried out by the special task force made up of the police, MACC, attorney-general and Bank Negara.

None of these has displayed independence in the past. In fact, they have persistently and consistently sided with the ruling elite whenever any of them is in trouble with the law. With the prime minister cum finance minister still over lording these institutions (since he has refused to go on leave), public confidence in the current investigation is near zero.

An example of such lack of independence is demonstrated in the failure of the task force to interrogate the chief suspect who is Najib himself, despite the discovery of such improprieties during the official investigations on 1MDB which started months ago.

It is hence imperative that a truly independent royal commission of inquiry be set up forthwith to carry out the current task if public confidence both at home and abroad is to be restored. Members of this RCI must be persons who enjoy public confidence and meet bi-partisan approval of Parliament.

As such inquiry takes time, Parliament must hold an emergency session to seek urgent and interim measures to meet the current unprecedented crisis, with both the attorney-general and Bank Negara governor mandated to brief parliament, as called for the during the meeting of a hundred members of Parliament and civil society leaders held in Parliament house on July 7.

People must rise to the challenge

In the 58-year history of this country, we have never had a prime minister who has been so explicitly implicated in such grave breach of trust and breach of law as the current case, and unless we rise up as a people to meet this challenge resolutely, we will have maimed our image and credibility with disastrous consequences on our economy and political standing among nations. – July 9, 2015.
